i have too.. IDM 6.12 Build 9 the very latest version of IDM
but i have my own program to patch.. so easy just 1 click and patched!
you don't need to browse the IDM.exe to patch it

i created a program that might be so useful for others.. just 1 click

it sucks because i have only 50kbps max and i like to download big game files which usually
take up to 4 gb and it takes 1 week to finish it.......
